I'm very lucky to have a wonderful health food store by my home that has the largest selection of natural herbs I've ever come across. Here I found all I needed to make this special tea blend which is a natural immune booster! (Just what we need at this time).
Echinacea leaf, passion flower, lemon verbena, and liquorice to sweeten it slightly.

Its delicious, and the beauty of having loose herbs is that you can adjust the amounts to suit you.
I dont use strict measurements, I go by eye, but if you want to know what I do (roughly) I tend to throw 2 x pinch Echinacea, 1 x pinch lemon verbena, a sprinkle of passion flower and just a few pieces of the tiny liquorice...
Play around with your herbs though. Have fun experimenting and get to know deeply what you do and do not like! Look at the colour, consider your brew time and smell your herbs when you're using them... it'll improve your herb scent knowledge. I don't know if it will work to a significant degree, but I figure it's worth trying!
